As a person who has been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, I know that this is an important question. The answer I gave is simple, it’s all about insulin resistance.
Insulin is a hormone that helps our bodies to store energy, so if our bodies have trouble absorbing the insulin that it needs to do that, it will cause us to store more carbs rather than use energy to burn them off. So as your insulin resistance increases, you will have to take in more calories in order to use the insulin you need to burn off.
In the future when insulin resistance is no longer an issue, we may be able to take in less carbohydrates in order to keep our insulin levels up. Since we’re already able to do this, it’s a good idea to be able to find ways to store them in such a way that you don’t have to take in enough calories to do that. We can do this by adding carbohydrates to our diet.
In order to be able to store carbohydrates, your body must add them to your blood stream. You do this by storing them as glycogen. Glycogen is a carbohydrate that can be converted into glucose, which is a form of sugar. The reason why you need to store carbohydrates as glycogen is because your body does not store glucose as a solid form and has to convert it into glycogen so that it can use it.
Once you start storing blood glucose as glycogen, you need to eat in order to get it back into your blood stream. So if you aren’t eating enough carbs to get your blood glucose back into your system, you start to have to eat more in order to get it back. If you eat too much of a single thing (i.e.
carbs, you will not be able to get to the other parts of the body as they are not necessary for the blood glucose to flow back into your system.
Blood glucose is one of the most important parts of your body so the best way to get it into your system is through eating. Carbs are not the only forms of carbohydrate you can eat. For example, the keto diet uses a low-carb, high-protein diet to help you lose weight and keep it off.
The keto diet is the most popular diet among people who want to lose weight. To achieve this goal you have to cut out all carbs, and other carbohydrate-containing foods like bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, bananas, and certain fruits and vegetables.
For those of you wondering (like myself) “isn’t the keto diet the same as the Atkins diet?” The answer is yes, since for both diets you have to cut out carbs, but they’re very different. For the Atkins diet you have to be very strict about only eating vegetables and fruits, no carbs in their other forms, and eat foods with fewer than ten carb grams per day.
For the Ketogenic diet, you have to eat very strict levels of carbs and low-carb vegetables and fruits. You also have to be extremely careful about consuming foods with more than ten carb grams/day. For example, you have to avoid foods like bread, pasta, rice, sweet potatoes, rice noodles, rice cake, and certain fruits and vegetables.
