NetComponents has over 1,000,000 backlinks, a good ranking system, and a solid support chat. However, it has a few drawbacks. First of all, it is not as user friendly as many other hosting services because it takes up to 2 hours for a support request to be resolved. Secondly, its customer support is quite poor. For some reason, they never seem to pick up a support case until after it is too late.
NetComponents’ customer support is also awful. When you reach out to them, they ask you to send them a link to your site so they can test it and give you feedback. The last time they responded to me, I was so desperate, I started asking for my money back.

The only real way to get any sort of response from a support channel is to get a message from someone who has no connection to the customer support. This is actually what happened when I attempted to talk to someone from the support channels for NetComponents. Apparently, they don’t like people trying to send them messages about their issues.
