This is not a dish to be made by anyone who is unfamiliar with good food, but I’d like to explain why I put it on here. I have always been a vegetarian. This year, I’m going to try to get a bit more adventurous with it. I’ve been known to eat pork, but I’ve always avoided the stuff that comes from a pig’s mouth.
You can’t just change a few things to fit your own diet without changing a few things.
I have no problem with people eating pork. I was lucky enough to visit some family for the summer, and they eat pork. They also have a special butcher shop that will make your own pork chops for you. I think that is just a special treat from a family who is very proud of their pork choices.
But as a vegetarian, I will not eat pork, and will never eat a pork chop made by a butcher. I guess this is because I have been told by people my age that I amnt supposed to eat pork, but I will not eat that pork. I just prefer to eat my food in a more natural way.
