We have a great deal of athletes that have trained for many years, and they still get injured. At the end of our Cross Training class, we will do a variety of exercises, like lifting, jumping, running, and sprinting. Some of the workouts will be very fast like jumping, some will be slow like running, and some will be slow like sprinting.
