This is a little tricky. For some people, it is the first thing that they are aware of. Others have a hard time distinguishing it from the rest of the world. My partner is one of them, and he was very confused when I started talking about the topic of general purpose awareness. I’m not sure why, but it took him awhile to even realize that there may be something wrong.
The problem with general purpose awareness is that it is hard to explain. Some people are so very aware that they are aware that they are aware. Others seem to have no idea that they are aware. That is why general purpose awareness is generally used for things that are so very obvious that you feel like you have to cover it, such as the weather.
General purpose awareness is an extremely important concept to understand if you want to develop a self-awareness that you are conscious of your inner world. It is also a very useful way to develop a self-awareness that you are aware of your external world. As I’m sure you’re aware, we are all very aware of our external world, but often times, we don’t have a very good understanding of what’s going on in it.
For example, I am aware that I am awake, but I am also aware that I am asleep. It is also important to understand that we are not always aware of the things around us. This kind of awareness does not always mean that we are unaware of our thoughts and actions. For example, I am aware that I am awake and that I am not dreaming. I am also aware that I am aware of my thoughts and actions.
When we are awake, we are aware of our thoughts, our actions, how our actions effect others. But this is what most people tend to ignore. For example, I am aware that I am awake, but I am also aware that I am dreaming. I am also aware that I am aware of my thoughts and actions.
This is the same point. I am aware that I am aware of my thoughts and actions.
But when we’re asleep, we’re all at a slight disadvantage. Most of us are sleep-deprived, and it’s really hard to fall asleep. But we can still be aware of our thoughts, our actions, our feelings.
The main goal of sleep is to be able to be aware as a consciousness. In other words, to be able to be in the present. If we can’t be aware of our thoughts, our dreams, our feelings, it means we are losing our ability to be present. In practical terms this is true for most of us, even the most lucid among us. Our bodies are unable to be in the present moment.
Sleep is not actually a time of rest. It is actually a state of being in the present. For most of us, the present is a blank slate. We are in the now, awake, and as such, we are more likely to be asleep. This is what we see in the most popular sleep aids, like Zoloft. They are not in the present, they are in the past. They are not aware that they are in the present. They are oblivious to the present.
Our bodies don’t need sleep. Even an expert in the arts of sleep caretakers doesn’t need sleep. It’s like you can’t even lie down.
