In my opinion, the general manager of a hockey team should be the best person to lead the organization. He should be able to get the players to perform their best, communicate with the media, build the fan base, and communicate with the front office. He should be the face of the organization and the face of the fan. A general manager needs to be a role model and leader. The most important part of the job is to be the person that the team’s fans turn to.
The general manager of a hockey team is the face of the team and the face of the community. I’m a huge fan of the Cardinals and always have been. My dad was an owner. He made the team what it is today. The only reason why I didn’t get on the team until I was 20 years old was because I was poor and I didn’t have a lot of money to invest in a hockey team.

They are the ones that turn to the general manager in times of need to cheer on the team, to pay for the arena, or to pay for their team members to get paid. This is because players, coaches, and owners must look to the fans to provide for their own financial needs.
It’s funny, I think at one time I was a hockey fan. I was in a group of guys who were all from the same little town in the eastern U.S. so I was really young, and we were all into hockey. I actually played in junior hockey for the New England Junior Hockey League. And that was a big thing in the hockey community, because not many people were even interested in hockey when I was growing up.
And I think the hockey community still is. I think what we’re seeing is that while we’re a bunch of big fans, there are people in hockey who are really passionate about our sport. And that’s a really wonderful thing to see.
The Arizona Coyotes have made a big splash with a lot of high-profile signings in the last year. And I think what the fans realize is that the fans are not as important to a team as the players. The players are a product that can’t be copied. They are a product that we can be a part of and grow with, but we’re not going to be copied if we’re not on the same page.
The team owners have been making moves to keep their team in hockey for a long time – I’m happy to say that they’re actually making some moves to keep the team in hockey and keep it in Arizona. But there is a general point this year that the team owners need to focus on. And that is, to see what they need to do to keep the team in hockey.
